What carries over from TiviMate

ZapStream is a player for your own source, just like TiviMate, so nothing about your subscription changes.

  • The same M3U playlist URL, or the same Xtream Codes server, username and password.
  • Live TV with now/next info and a channels × time guide grid.
  • Movies and Series with posters, search and resume where you left off.
  • Favourites, and a category filter so only the groups you watch are loaded.

What's different

Worth knowing before you switch, so there are no surprises.

  • No catch-up TV, recording or multi-view: ZapStream plays live channels and on-demand titles.
  • Free on iPhone, funded by a Home-screen banner and an occasional full-screen ad between screens, never during playback. A one-time Pro purchase removes all ads; there is no subscription.
  • Fragmented provider categories are grouped automatically by country and language. One switch gives you the raw list back.

Use it on your TV and your iPhone

Install ZapStream on your Android TV or Chromecast with Google TV as well, and turn on Settings → Sync across devices. Pair the two devices with the code shown on screen and your favourites, movie progress, custom lists and category filters stay in step, end-to-end encrypted. Your provider password is never synced. On the TV version there are no ads at all.

Set it up in two minutes

From the App Store to your first channel:

  • Install ZapStream from the App Store (iOS / iPadOS 17 or later).
  • Enter the M3U URL or Xtream Codes details you use in TiviMate.
  • Pick the Live TV, Movies and Series categories you actually watch.
  • Optionally, pair it with your Android TV in Settings → Sync across devices.
